A bit about this drawing. I started this more than a week ago, just before SAT I was bored to death by the amount of studying I was doing. In order to keep my sanity, I started this drawing, against my better judgement If I do fail my SAT, it was worth it
So, the drawing process. I paid extra attention to the lips and eyes because in the reference, they were the 2 things that really draw you in. Those luscious lips... mmm. I digress. Anyway, the netting was easier than I had expected, perhaps it's because it's black so I only have to drawing the actual thread, as opposed to white netting that I did for my Avril Lavinge piece, in which I had to do the inverse. Other than that, everything else was pretty much standard.
Like many of my previous works, the image has some defects due to my terrible camera which I'll try to correct by borrowing my friend's DSLR (I'm blaming it on my camera but who knows, I may be an abysmal photographer )
Edit: I had to upload a new deviation because there was some bug with the color profile. My edits weren't shown right.
