This has been a fun experience for me. The 2 hardest challenges were the hair and the resemblance itself. Firstly, the hair, well, it's very very messy. i took about 2 weeks for just the hair alone (well, less than that since there are days i didnt draw at all ). I actually rushed through the last part of the hair so there are quite a few part that dont resemble the reference image.
2ndly, the resemblance. It is a lot harder to get the drawing to look like a certain person with a pose like this as compared to a "looking-straight-at-you" pose. I believe i did okay although there are still some discrepancies here and there

I had to edit the brightness and contrast in photoshop because the photos taken are either too dark overall or too light overall.
